           GROUP TRAINING

 

Total Body Conditioning is a 60 minute total body workout! You’ll be using only your body weight to sculpt strong muscles in your upper body, lower body, and core. Plyometric, agility, and pure cardio will make you work every muscle group, so prepare to get your heart racing and sweat pouring! Total Body Conditioning is a great workout for everyone, and plenty of options are available for all fitness levels

           MUSCLE TONE

 

Muscle-strengthening activity helps to:Develop stronger muscles and bones. It increases bone density and reduces the risk of osteoporosis.Control your weight. As you gain muscle, your body's metabolism rate increases, thus enabling it to burn calories more efficiently.Reduce the risk of injury. Stronger muscles are able to support your joints better, and preventing them from injury. In addition, strength training increases neural functioning, improving reaction time, thus preventing injurious falls.

           CORE STRENGTH

 

Core stability is the power, strength or ability to control the position and movement of the central section of the body such as, the spine, pelvis and shoulders. This central section of the body assists in the maintenance of good posture and also provides the foundation for all arm and leg movements.
